What you’ll Do:
Respond to a large number of consumer queries, complaints, and service concerns through live chat and email platforms.
Give precise and comprehensive information about goods, services, rules, and regulations.
Make sure that all client data is entered accurately and
completely while following data privacy laws.
Respect all applicable company policies, procedures, service standards, and laws when interacting with customers.
Engage fully in workshops and training sessions to improve your system competence, product knowledge, and written communication skills for digital platforms.
