Job Description:
Customer communications for the Telugu-speaking market are managed by the Telugu Voice Process Executive. Your objective is to deliver outstanding customer service by responding to incoming questions, addressing grievances, or engaging in outreach in fluent Telugu. The ideal applicant is able to translate technical or service-related information into clear, conversational Telugu, has a courteous phone manner, and is aware of the local culture.
Key Duties:
Customer service: Handle a large number of incoming calls from Telugu-speaking clients, answering questions about goods, services, or account information.
Resolution of Issues: Pay close attention to client complaints and offer "first-call resolution" by resolving problems
or forwarding them to the appropriate department.
Outbound Outreach: If necessary, make outgoing calls in Telugu to generate leads, remind people to make payments, or conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Data Documentation: Use English to accurately update customer encounters, feedback, and resolves in the CRM system.
Language translation: Make difficult terms understandable to local Telugu speakers by simplifying them.
Target Management: Respect operational indicators like Customer Satisfaction goals, Quality Scores, and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Compliance: During each call, strictly adhere to data privacy and security procedures and follow standardized scripts.
