What You will do:
Be the Brand's Voice: You will answer a large number of incoming and outgoing calls from customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and resolving problems in a friendly and professional manner while speaking Tamil fluently.
Solve Issues in Real Time: To guarantee first-call resolution, you will actively listen to client concerns, promptly determine the underlying source
of the problem, and offer precise, prompt, and efficient remedies.
Maintain High Standards: You will make sure that every written and verbal correspondence follows our organization's quality and compliance guidelines, keeping a cheerful, professional, and unambiguous tone in both Tamil and English (for reporting).
Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will work to meet and surpass primary performance metrics (KPIs) pertaining to average handling time (AHT), first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
