Dynamic Role for Hindi Voice Process Professionals
Job Description
Primary Task: To function as the main point of contact for clients, answering incoming and outgoing calls only in Hindi, giving precise information, answering questions, resolving grievances, and guaranteeing a satisfying and effective client experience from our Chennai location.
Responsibilities
Clearly, competently, and empathetically handle a large number of incoming and/or outgoing calls in Hindi.
Provide detailed directions, fix common issues, and walk clients through procedures.
Respect data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Keep up with any modifications, fresh products, or system upgrades.
To keep improving performance, take part
in coaching sessions and quality checks.
Give input on persistent problems or process enhancements to raise general effectiveness and client happiness.
Required Abilities:
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM software and other relevant systems efficiently.

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
