Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and efficiently handle problems by making and receiving calls in Tamil.
Give prompt, accurate information on the company's policies, services, and goods.
Pay attention to what customers have to say and offer insightful comments to enhance their experience.
Keep thorough records of your interactions and customer accounts.
Respect
all service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and procedures.
Keep your manners polite and professional at all times.
Skills:
fluency in Tamil, both in writing and speaking, with great diction and superb pronunciation.
Outstanding Tamil listening and understanding abilities.
the ability to interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds in Tamil.
