Job Description
Responsibilities:
Email and Chat Management: Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to a large number of written consumer questions, grievances, and service requests via email and live chat.
Issue Resolution: Use internal knowledge bases and departmental coordination to investigate and address client issues.
Compliance Checks: Verify that all customer interactions and processed data adhere to internal policies, data protection regulations, and legal requirements.
Assurance of Quality: To reduce mistakes and rework, maintain a high standard of precision and quality in all processing and communication tasks.
Productivity: To guarantee that Service Level Agreements
(SLAs) pertaining to response and resolution times are regularly fulfilled, manage workload effectively.
Feedback: For ongoing improvement, let the team leader or quality analyst know about typical customer comments, reoccurring problems, or process bottlenecks.
Soft Skills:
strong accuracy and attention to detail in data processing jobs.
Outstanding time management and organizing abilities for managing several written exchanges.
