Job Description
What you do:
Record entry is the process of transcribing and entering information from source documents into a database or computer system.
Database Maintenance: To keep the database up to date, update current entries on a regular basis and delete out-of-date information.
Data validation is the process of examining and comparing data with source documents in order to find and fix spelling, punctuation, and numerical value issues.
Audit Support: Participate in recurring data
audits to guarantee adherence to external regulations and internal standards.
Physical documents should be scanned and accurately indexed into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Maintain strict adherence to the company's data protection policy when handling sensitive and private information.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
