Your Duties:
Data Input & Transcription: Correctly input data into the organization's ERP, CRM, or specialized database systems from paper documents, audio files, or digital sources.
Information Verification: To ensure 100% data integrity, compare entered data with source documents to find and fix inconsistencies.
Database maintenance: To keep the database efficient and well-organized, add new information to existing records and remove any outdated information.
Format conversion is the process of converting files between various formats (such as Word to SQL or PDF to Excel) without erasing
or corrupting any data.
Digital filing: Keep an orderly and searchable filing system by organizing and scanning paper documents into digital archives.
Quality Audits: To uphold departmental quality standards, conduct routine spot checks on coworkers' entries or automated system outputs.
