Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team. As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data.
Requirements:
Enter data into a variety of systems (such as databases, spreadsheets, CRM, and ERP) accurately and quickly.
Check data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Handle payments, invoices, orders, and other pertinent paperwork.
Maintain and add current, correct information to databases.
Skills:
Outstanding
precision and quickness in data entering.
Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to spot and fix mistakes.
proficiency with basic formulae, formatting, and data entry in Microsoft Excel.
familiarity with database management systems and data entry applications.
