Who you are:
Enter information into the business's internal database or spreadsheet systems by transcribing it from digital, audio, or paper media. To find and fix mistakes, missing fields, or formatting issues, compare recently entered data with the original documents. To keep a "clean" database, update existing records to reflect current information and eliminate duplicate or out-of-date entries. Make sure physical files are properly categorized and filed in the digital archive for convenient access by scanning and uploading them. To guarantee that sensitive data is kept safe, follow stringent data protection policies and,
if appropriate, HIPAA/GDPR rules. Take part in routine quality control inspections to make sure the department's overall accuracy rate stays over 99%.
