Job Description
The Voice Process Executive will provide excellent customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming and outgoing calls while offering top-notch customer support.
Respond to consumer questions and concerns in a timely, courteous manner.
Accurately and quickly process orders, requests, and transactions.
All client communications and resolutions
should be recorded in the system.
Investigate consumer issues and offer suitable fixes.
Skills:
outstanding ability to communicate verbally.

the capacity to effectively manage a large number of calls.
proficiency with customer support software and computer applications.
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
