Your Duties:
Omnichannel Support: Resolve customer queries by toggling between inbound/outbound calls and written platforms (email/chat) as per the workflow demand.
Verification & Validation: Before processing customer information or transaction details in the back-end system, make quick outgoing calls to confirm them.
Data documentation: To prevent information loss, keep up-to-date and accurate updates in the CRM while interacting with customers.
Follow-up Management: After a voice conversation, send progress updates or required documentation via non-voice channels (email/SMS).
SLA Adherence: To reach overall
productivity goals, strike a balance between the "Average Handling Time" (AHT) for calls and the "Turnaround Time" (TAT) for back-office work.
Quality & Compliance: Make sure all contacts are recorded in accordance with corporate policy and uphold the highest standards of written language and spoken etiquette.
