Customer Support Executive – Tamil Voice Process (BPO)
Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals for our Tamil Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers in Tamil, and resolve queries related to products or services.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in Tamil with professionalism and empathy
Resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate call
records and follow up where necessary
Work in coordination with the team to meet performance targets
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Language: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), basic English preferred
Good communication and listening skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
