Customer Support Executive Kannada Voice Process
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming and outgoing calls in Kannada while giving clients accurate and timely information.
Handle consumer complaints and questions in Kannada with professionalism and efficiency.
Accurately record every client interaction and resolution in the business database.
In Kannada, adhere to established protocols and standards to guarantee client satisfaction.
Send complicated problems to the proper departments for more research and handling, being sure to follow up in Kannada if necessary.
Skills:
/>Outstanding fluency in Kannada delivered with a neutral, unobtrusive accent.
strong command of the fundamentals of English for system documentation and navigation.
