Who you are:
Respond mainly in Telugu to incoming and outgoing calls, making sure regional dialects are recognized and handled politely. Resolve customer conflicts by employing empathy and active listening to calm down irate clients and offering solutions that comply with corporate guidelines. Use their local tongue to walk clients through the features of the product, the registration procedure, or the service activation procedures. Concurrently update the CRM system with precise notes in English while conversing with customers. Achieve the goal of meeting or surpassing daily performance indicators, such as Average Handling Time and First Call Resolution. Work with the billing or back-end
technical teams to handle complicated issues that can't be closed on the first call. Using the customer's profile and usage patterns, find ways to upsell or cross-sell more relevant products or better plans.
