Who you are:
Respond in Tamil to incoming calls from customers and offer help with product information, service inquiries, or problems. Using internal Tamil-language scripts and procedure rules, analyze client issues and offer precise solutions. Translate complex issues or customer feedback from Tamil to English for internal reporting or escalation, if necessary. uphold a strict code of professional conduct, making sure that calls are answered courteously and within allotted time frames. While speaking Tamil with the customer, accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in English.
To enhance regional service delivery, find reoccurring problems that Tamil-speaking clients have brought to the attention of management.
