Conquer the firm Field as a Non Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve a varied clientele by accurately and quickly handling their requests, questions, and concerns via a variety of written communication channels, such as chat, email, and online forms.
Respond to clients' written enquiries in a clear, succinct, and expert manner, making sure that every question is answered thoroughly and promptly.
Preserve the privacy of consumer data and closely follow Indian-specific data privacy laws and guidelines.
Give insightful comments on procedures and client interactions to help us pinpoint areas where our Chennai non-voice service delivery needs to be improved.
Data input, order processing, content moderation,
and other back-office duties that are communicated in writing may be part of the job, depending on the role.
Skills
Good reading comprehension and analytical skills to understand and address customer inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including email, chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
