Responsibilities:
Actively listen to comprehend the needs, concerns, and questions of the consumer.

Make sure consumers are satisfied and that any outstanding issues are resolved by following up with them.
Follow all company guidelines, regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualification:
