Your Duties:
Chat & Email Support: Answer consumer questions through live chat or email, guaranteeing a "First Contact Resolution" (FCR) by offering succinct and understandable answers.
Ticketing Management: Using programs like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce, manage and update support tickets, making sure they all go through the proper lifecycle from "Open" to "Resolved."
Data Accuracy: Ensure that the internal database is updated in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) while processing customer requests, orders, or documentation with extreme precision.
Back-Office Processing: Manage non-customer-facing duties
like order fulfillment, claim processing, and KYC verification.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Regularly meet or surpass goals pertaining to "Customer Satisfaction" (CSAT) and "Average Response Time" (ART) scores.
Quality Assurance: Verify that all written communications follow the company's grammar, tone, and brand voice.
