The ideal applicant will be highly skilled at solving problems, have a sharp eye for detail, and communicate clearly in writing. Managing client enquiries, addressing problems, and guaranteeing client satisfaction via a variety of non-voice platforms will be your duties.
Responsibility:
Answer questions and requests from clients using email, chat, social media, and other written means.
Give prompt, accurate information about
goods, services, or account information.
Make sure that all client interactions and case facts are accurately recorded in the business's database or CRM.
Gain and preserve a comprehensive grasp of the goods and services offered by the business.
Examine client concerns and use the tools at your disposal to offer suitable answers.
