Key Responsibilities:
Answer consumer questions, requests, and grievances using live chat, email, and other textual channels.
Verify, update, and accurately enter transaction information, customer information, and other pertinent data into a variety of databases and systems.
Keep accurate and well-organised records of every
encounter, transaction, and resolution with customers.
Resolve accounts, process claims, verify order fulfilment, and provide reports, among other back-office duties.
Contribute to the general enhancement of non-voice procedures by recognising persistent problems and offering fixes.
Adapt to system changes and new software quickly.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
