Roles and Responsibilities:
In your role as a Chennai-based non-voice process executive, you will be in charge of managing administrative duties, data processing, and client enquiries via internal systems, chat, and email, among other non-voice channels. In order to guarantee correct data entry, prompt customer service, and compliance
with service level agreements (SLAs), you will be essential. Your ability to write well, pay close attention to detail, think critically, and use a variety of software programs will all be greatly improved by this role, which will make you an invaluable asset to our operational effectiveness and client happiness.
