Responsibilities
Enter and process data from several sources into business systems with accuracy.
Check the completeness and accuracy
of the data.
Answer consumer questions and fix problems via chat, email, and ticketing platforms.
Give clients timely and accurate information.
Verify that user-generated content complies with company standards and guidelines by reviewing and moderating it.
