Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in the Tamil language.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information and assistance.
Build rapport and maintain positive
customer relationships.
Accurately document all customer interactions, including call notes and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically
Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
