What you will do:

amount of textual client contacts will fall under your purview. This entails answering emails and live chats, handling questions on social media, and precisely recording all client concerns and their fixes. Working with other departments to address complicated problems and offering suggestions to enhance our digital support procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Building enduring client connections will require your exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
