Job Description
Duties:
Email & Chat Support: Assure a high "First Contact Resolution" rate by professionally answering consumer questions and grievances via email or real-time chat platforms.
Data management: Correctly enter and update order information, transaction details, and customer records in the business's ERP or CRM systems.
Transaction Processing: Comply with standard operating procedures for handling back-end operations such order cancellations, refund processing, KYC verification, or account modifications.
Ticketing System Navigation: Make sure that Service Level Agreements are fulfilled by managing and prioritizing work queues in programs like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
Quality Assurance: Verify that all written correspondence follows the brand's

tone of voice and compliance rules and is free of grammatical errors.
Problem Research: Work with internal departments to investigate complicated client concerns and produce a thorough documented solution.

Focus Skills:
Outstanding spelling and grammatical skills as well as the capacity to clearly and concisely express complicated ideas in writing are characteristics of written communication.
Typing Proficiency: High accuracy and a minimum typing speed of 35 to 45 WPM.
Analytical Skills: The capacity to identify patterns or contradictions in vast amounts of data.
