Responsibilities:
Email & Chat Support: Answer consumer questions via email or live chat, offering succinct, professional, and understandable answers in the allotted time frame.
Data processing and management involves accurately entering and updating financial transactions, order information, and customer records into the firm database or ERP system.
Back-Office Operations: Examine and confirm documents to make sure they adhere to legal requirements and organizational regulations.
Ticket Management: Classify, rank, and monitor client issues using ticketing systems until they are resolved.
Technical Troubleshooting: For simple technical problems or questions
about how to use a product, provide detailed written instructions.
Quality & Compliance: Keep your "Quality Score" high by making sure that all written correspondence adheres to the company's data protection policies and brand tone.
Report Generation: Create performance summaries that include processed volumes, mistake rates, and outstanding backlogs on a daily or weekly basis.
Required Skills:
Typing Proficiency: At least 98% accuracy and a high typing speed (at least 35–40 WPM).
Written Communication: Outstanding proficiency with punctuation, grammar, and formal writing style in English.
Computer literacy includes the capacity to quickly learn new software tools and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to decipher information and adhere to intricate logical processes without human oversight.
