Job Description

Education: Any Basic Graduation
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and politely.
Make outbound calls to clients as needed for follow-ups, surveys, or problem-solving.
Identify technical or service-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Verify that client interactions, issues, and solutions are appropriately documented in the business's CRM or database.
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and keep track
of customer history.
Qualification:
demonstrated ability to manage both incoming and outgoing calls.
knowledge with call centre software and CRM systems.
Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
the capacity to listen intently and relate to clients.
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
Additional Info : ESI, PF, Paid Leave.
