Job Description
Responsibilities:
Call handling: Respond to, oversee, and handle a large number of calls in a prompt, polite manner.
Answering questions: Pay close attention to what customers require, make information clear, and offer precise, comprehensive, and pertinent answers or details about goods and services.
Meet team and individual metrics for call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and average handling time as part of quality assurance.
Maintain confidentiality by closely adhering to the company's data protection policy when handling sensitive and customer information.
Escalation: To ensure appropriate handover, identify and escalate
priority concerns to the relevant team or supervisor when necessary.
Follow-up: Make the required phone calls or emails to confirm that client concerns have been adequately addressed.
Soft Skills:
Outstanding oral communication abilities, including the capacity for active listening and good articulation.

high degree of professionalism, sensitivity, and patience.
