Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information and assistance.
Build rapport with customers and ensure their satisfaction
Accurately document all customer interactions, including call notes and resolutions, in the CRM system
Meet and exceed individual
and team performance targets, such as call volume, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
