Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming client calls in a timely and courteous manner.
When necessary, make outbound calls to clients for surveys, follow-ups, or problem solving.
Diagnose technical or service-related issues and offer suitable fixes.
Make sure that the company's CRM or database accurately records
client interactions, problems, and solutions.
Track customer history and manage customer interactions with CRM solutions.
Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Graduation
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
Freshers from 2024 and 2025 Batch are Welcomed
