Job Description:
The Semi-Voice Process Executive is a hybrid position that offers thorough customer service by combining written and vocal communication. Your main task is to oversee a workflow in which back-end data processing, email, chat, and brief phone calls are used to tackle some problems and quick phone calls for others. You handle problems in a variety of ways and can switch between careful written documentation and attentive listening during a call. The ideal applicant has the analytical focus needed to complete back-office tasks and the verbal clarity needed for customer connection, and they are at ease in "blended" workplaces.
Key Duties
Support that is Blended: Easily transition between answering incoming calls for urgent questions and handling email or chat tickets for more complicated problems.
Follow-up
Management: Hold "callback" sessions to let clients know how things are doing after they first brought up their concerns online.
Troubleshooting & Analysis: Examine technical logs or account history to identify client issues, then use the best available channel to provide remedies.
CRM Documentation: Make sure that the written "non-voice" logs appropriately describe the "voice" part of the resolution by keeping thorough records of every interaction.
Back-Office Processing: Work on administrative duties like data entry, processing applications, or verification when there aren't many calls.
Quality & Compliance: Follow two quality standards: being polite over the phone and making sure that written responses are highly grammatically correct.
