Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Call Management: Manage a large number of calls to conduct surveys, follow-ups, and lead creation, or to help customers with product information, order tracking, or technical issues.
Query Resolution: Pay close attention to what customers have to say, determine the underlying causes of their problems, and offer precise answers in accordance with business procedures.
Service Quality: By offering sympathetic and effective service, strive for high Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
DataDocumentation: Accurately update the CRM system with thorough call logs, client comments, and the actions that were taken throughout

the exchange.
Escalation Handling: Determine whether a question calls for expert assistance and forward the call to the relevant department or supervisor while informing the client.
Sales & Upselling: To reach monthly revenue goals, find ways to upsell or cross-sell goods and services.

Required Skills:
Verbal Communication: Strong command of the necessary language (English/Regional) with a neutral accent and clear articulation.
Active listening: the capacity to comprehend client wants even when they are ambiguous or frustrated.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to remain composed, courteous, and professional under duress or when dealing with challenging callers.
