Who you are:
To address consumer questions, handle a combination of incoming and outgoing calls as well as written correspondence (email and chat). Before processing requests, make quick "outbound" calls to clients to confirm appointments, confirm transaction details, or validate account information. To guarantee a clear paper trail, accurately update the CRM system with call notes and send follow-up emails. Use internal tools to analyze client issues and determine whether a thorough written step-by-step guide or a brief audio explanation are needed. Strike a balance between the accuracy and "Turnaround Time" needed for back-office
data processing and "Average Handle Time" for calls. Answer calls at busy times or for complicated escalations that are difficult to handle via email or chat.
