Responsibilities
Respond politely and professionally to incoming calls from clients throughout the world.
Accurately record every client encounter and resolution in the appropriate systems.
For seamless handover and follow-up for clients in other countries, escalate complicated issues to the proper teams for additional research and resolution.
Observe business policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reach or surpass performance goals for both individuals and teams in terms of handling calls, resolution rates, and foreign clients'
satisfaction.
Skills
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs effectively across different cultural contexts.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate relevant software applications.
