Job Description :
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Voice Process in Chennai.
This is a direct employment, on-site role with a 6-day working schedule (1 rotational weekly off).
Candidates must be graduates with 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, welcome calls, renewal calls, and resolving customer
service queries.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and willing to learn banking products and processes.
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-centric attitude are highly valued.
