What you will do:
Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls while responding to a variety of client questions about accounts, loans, and banking products will be your responsibility. Among your responsibilities will be to give correct information, address customer service concerns, market new items to eligible clients, and make sure that every interaction is meticulously recorded. You will need to establish a solid connection and earn each client's trust by your expertise, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to data protection and compliance.
