Your Duties:
Data management is the process of accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in the company's ERP systems or internal databases.
Documentation & file: To guarantee prompt retrieval, arrange and manage both digital and physical file systems for contracts, invoices, and personnel records.
Report Generation: Using Microsoft Excel or specialized tools, gather data and create operating reports for management on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Order processing: Manage the administrative aspects of sales or procurement, such as tracking shipments, updating inventory reports, and confirming purchase orders.
Coordination: Serve as a liaison
between several departments to enable the exchange of papers and information.
Inventory monitoring: Keep tabs on office supplies and equipment, and when stock levels are low, start the procurement process.
Compliance Checks: Verify that papers adhere to internal corporate regulations and legal requirements by checking them for accuracy and completeness.
