Job Description
Responsibilities:
Data entry is the process of accurately entering, updating, and maintaining large amounts of organisational data into spreadsheets, databases, or ERP systems.
Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact for various internal departments to monitor the status of transactions, share required paperwork, and guarantee process continuity.
Reporting: For management review, prepare regular reports and summaries that include daily processing volumes, error rates, and other operational indicators.
Maintain stringent
security and secrecy with relation to all private client and business information.
Soft Skills:
outstanding attention to detail and a strong dedication to precision.
strong time management and organising abilities.
the capacity to remain highly focused and productive when performing repetitive tasks.
Strong written communication abilities for internal communications.
