Responsibilities:
Recognise client questions, give correct information, and handle problems skilfully and sympathetically while maintaining clear Malayalam communication.
Navigate and use knowledge bases and CRM platforms to access
and give Malayalam-speaking clients pertinent information.
Keep clear and thorough records of all client interactions, problems, and fixes in the system.
Even while interacting with customers who speak Malayalam, keep a cheerful and professional attitude at all times.
Take part in training programs to improve your customer service, process, and product expertise.
Qualification:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good typing and basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult situations.
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
