Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Support: Respond to consumer emails or online chats in accordance with corporate policies and handle customer inquiries via incoming and outgoing calls.
Question Resolution: Examine client concerns and offer thorough answers, alternating between written confirmations and vocal explanations.
Data management: Correctly update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system's customer records, transaction information, and interaction history.
Follow-up Actions: Complete back-office duties such order processing, document verification, and departmental coordination to address "open" tickets.
Quality Assurance: To guarantee expert brand portrayal, uphold a high
standard of accuracy in both spoken language and written grammar/spelling.
SLA Compliance: Achieve daily goals for Turnaround Time (TAT) for written responses and Average Handle Time (AHT) for calls.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
