Job Description
The Tamil Voice Process Executive will provide excellent customer service and support to Tamil-speaking customers through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills in Tamil, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently in Tamil.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively in Tamil.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
/>Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Identify and report customer feedback and trends.
Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or voice process role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.
Good understanding of spoken English for basic communication and system navigation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
