Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in Tamil fluently and clearly while giving clients timely and accurate information.
Effectively and professionally handle consumer questions, concerns, and grievances while maintaining clear communication in Tamil.
Assign complicated problems to the proper departments for additional research and handling, making sure internal teams are informed in English.
Give thorough details about your goods or services, respond to enquiries, and appropriately handle requests in Tamil.
Be upbeat, sympathetic, and professional in all of your dealings with
Tamil customers.
Skills:
the capacity to efficiently prioritise and multitask in a hectic call centre setting.
proficiency with a variety of software programs, including CRM systems, and computer use.
a focus on the needs of the customer and a sincere desire to give Tamil-speaking clients outstanding service.
The capacity to work both alone and cooperatively in a group.
