Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond politely and professionally to both incoming and outgoing calls.
Give clients quick, reliable information about your goods, services, or account information.
To guarantee accuracy and consistency, adhere to call scripts and rules.
Keep track of all client communications and call information in the business's database
or CRM.
Gain and preserve a comprehensive understanding of the goods and services offered by the business.
To make sure clients are satisfied, follow up with them.
Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
