Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions by chat, email, and phone.
Describe goods, services, and corporate policies in a timely and accurate manner.
Effectively and efficiently handle consumer complaints and difficulties.
Diagnose and resolve client concerns, such as billing, order fulfilment,
and technical issues.
Determine the underlying reasons of client issues and put fixes in place.
Skills:
Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking, with a polite and professional manner.

a strong focus on customer service and a sincere desire to assist and address client concerns.
the capacity to evaluate client concerns, pinpoint underlying reasons, and offer workable solutions.
