Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from Tamil-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
Actively listen to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions in Tamil.
Make outbound calls to Tamil-speaking customers for various purposes, such as customer surveys, appointment
scheduling, and account updates.
Accurately document all customer interactions, including call details, resolutions, and customer information, in the CRM system.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in Tamil with customers.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, including CRM systems, communication platforms, and other relevant tools.
