Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond to client requests, questions, and concerns via written channels like chat, email, and web forms, serving clients in and out of Chennai.
Give clients thorough, accurate information in written responses that are professional, straightforward, and succinct.
Use excellent nonverbal communication to address client issues and grievances while abiding by the rules and regulations set down for our Chennai operations.
Keep thorough and precise records of every client encounter and resolution in the appropriate systems, guaranteeing the integrity of the data for our Chennai centre.
For non-voice operations, make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are followed while preserving a high degree
of customer satisfaction.
Skills
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions through written communication.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing information and crafting written responses.
Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and navigating relevant software applications for communication and data entry.
