Your Contribution:
Manage a moderate number of incoming and outgoing calls to address urgent or complicated client problems, offer technical assistance, or handle particular requests.
In all communications, whether written and verbal, keep your tone clear, professional, and sympathetic.
Meet or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for both voice and non-voice channels consistently by using the Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) system and internal databases to reliably and promptly conduct transactions, update records, and log all customer contacts.
Respect all privacy and data security guidelines in all written and spoken communications.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
