Job Description
We are looking for Voice Process Executives with empathy, communication skills, and fluency in Malayalam to join our customer service team in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will be answering consumer questions, resolving problems, and offering top-notch phone support to our clients in Kerala and other Malayalam-speaking areas.
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer calls in a polite and professional manner, especially when they are in Malayalam.
Respond to consumer questions and concerns by paying attention and providing Malayalam clarifications.
Inform clients in both Malayalam and English about our services in a timely and correct manner.
Follow established protocols to effectively and efficiently handle client complaints and issues while maintaining clear Malayalam
communication.
Accurately record every client encounter and resolution in the appropriate systems; this may involve transliteration or a precise English synopsis.
Assign complicated problems to the right teams for additional research and handling, making sure the transfer goes smoothly.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication abilities in Malayalam, including professional tone, correct grammar, and clear pronunciation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to think fast and come up with answers.
a basic understanding of computers and the capacity to use pertinent software programs.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3+ yrs
