Your Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of the office to maintain a tidy, orderly, and professional working environment.
Communicate with and oversee service providers, such as utilities, maintenance contractors, cleaning, security, and courier services.
Establish and oversee efficient
physical and electronic filing and record-keeping processes for crucial documents.
Create, modify, and format memos, internal communications, and formal documents.
Assist in planning and executing team meetings, staff get-togethers, and internal business events.
Assist the HR department with the administrative components of employee onboarding and offboarding.
